Fair and transparent refund and cancellation guidelines

Overview

This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and account cancellations on the SpinDhan app (the "App" or "SpinDhan"). We have created these guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.

Important: All refund requests must be made within specified timeframes and are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

User Refund Requests

If you accidentally or erroneously add cash to your account, you can request a refund of the transaction. We ask that you do so within two weeks of the date of the transaction.

Refund Process

Step 1: Request Submission

Submit your refund request within 2 weeks of the transaction date

Step 2: Investigation

Our team conducts a thorough investigation to determine if it's a genuine case of incorrect or erroneous credit

Step 3: Processing

If confirmed, we will process the refund to your original payment method

Step 4: Completion

The refund process may take up to two weeks to complete

Account Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your SpinDhan account, please email us at our designated support email address support@spindhan.com from the email address registered to your account.

Cancellation Requirements

  • Email must be sent from your registered email address
  • Clearly state your intention to cancel your account
  • Provide account details for verification

Important Note: Any bonuses, incentives, or promotional credits you have received will be deducted from your total balance before the refund is issued.

Once your account is cancelled, it will be deactivated to prevent you from participating in any further activities. If you wish to rejoin and become a member again in the future, please contact us first.

Technical Issues

We are committed to providing a seamless and reliable experience. If you happen to fail to complete a task or lose a spin or rewards due to a technical error on our part, we will provide a refund of the affected amount.

Technical Issue Refund Process

  • Provide sufficient evidence (screenshots or detailed description)
  • Allow our team to investigate the reported issue
  • Receive confirmation and refund if technical issue is verified

Refund Details: The maximum refund you can receive is the value of the spin or task you lost due to the technical issue. Refunds are processed within 48 hours and you'll receive an email with transaction reference number.

If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Service Disruption

Disclaimer: SpinDhan is not liable for any losses or the cancellation of games or tasks due to service disruptions caused by factors that are beyond our control.

Service Disruption Includes:

  • Service provider failures
  • Computer viruses
  • Natural disasters
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

In these situations, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund.

Failed Account Validation

For security and verification purposes, SpinDhan reserves the right to validate the personal information of users at any time, which may be done through a phone call or email.

If we are unable to successfully validate your account after multiple attempts, we may suspend your account. In such a case, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method you used.

Cancellation of Promotions

SpinDhan contests, offers, bonuses, and challenges may be subject to cancellation or discontinuation at any time and without prior notice.

Liability Disclaimer: SpinDhan disclaims any liability for such cancellations, with the exception of refunding the entry fee where applicable.

Voluntary Account Termination

You can choose to terminate your SpinDhan account at any time by emailing us at support@spindhan.com from your registered email ID with a clear request for account termination.

Termination Process

Request Evaluation

Once your request is received, we will evaluate it and, at our discretion, process the termination

Balance Refund

Within 10 business days, we will refund your account balance, minus any bonuses, incentives, or promotional offers

Account Closure

Your account will then be terminated and deactivated

Important: Any actions you take on your account after sending your termination request will be considered actions taken by you, and SpinDhan will not be responsible for them.

Forfeiting Inactive Account

If your SpinDhan account remains inactive for more than 365 consecutive days with an unused balance, your balance may be forfeited.

Forfeiture Prevention

  • We will send you two reminders to your registered email or phone number
  • To prevent forfeiture, log in and use your cash balance by participating in activities
  • Complete a task or challenge to activate your account

Note: Accounts found to be in breach of our Terms and Conditions will not receive these reminders, and unused funds will be subject to our Breach and Consequences policy.
